My goal is to make coaching affordable early on, easing financial strain for growing businesses.
As a consultant deeply committed to supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs, I offer a startup grant to companies that gross under $100,000 annually. This ensures my clients receive the guidance they need to succeed, even if they are unable to afford the full cost of my services.
Clients who receive the startup grant are offered a graduated payment schedule tailored to fit their individual needs and capacity. This grant begins with a discounted initial payment that increases gradually each month, until eventually, they’re able to pay full price.
How it works: Cora just opened a small, family-owned deli. Understanding that it takes time for a restaurant to turn a profit, she is offered a 60% discount during her first month of coaching. As business picks up in month two, her discount is reduced to 40%, followed by a 20% discount in month three. Eventually, Cora’s business success enables her to pay full price for coaching.

Based in Elmore City, I go throughout the Oklahoma City metro, as far north as Piedmont and Edmond and as far south as Ardmore.

We will meet regularly (generally weekly) to discuss current activities in your business, what challenges you’re facing, how to address said challenges, while providing you support to do so.
